Iron Anchor Brotherhood Mentorship Program
Building Strong Men Through Guidance, and Example
A year round mentorship program designed for young men in grades seven through twelve who need consistent male leadership, structure, and encouragement. This program focuses on character, accountability, and personal growth through trusted relationships and weekly engagement.
Program Focus
• One on one and group mentorship with positive male role models
• Character development including respect, discipline, responsibility, and integrity
• Life skills such as communication, basic etiquette, decision making, and self confidence
• Weekly meetups that provide consistency, brotherhood, and accountability
• Support for fatherless and underserved youth navigating adolescence


Hands On Trades and Life Skills Program
Practical Skills for Real World Success
A skills based program that introduces young men to hands on trades and essential life skills that prepare them for adulthood, the workforce, and long term independence. Learning is experiential, practical, and rooted in responsibility and problem solving.
Program Focus
• Trade exposure and hands on learning in areas such as automotive, construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cooking, and basic computer skills
• Workshops and demonstrations led by skilled mentors and community professionals
• Monthly skill building sessions and seasonal camps
• Career awareness and workforce readiness development
• Teaching skills young men can use at home, build into a career, or pass down to future generations
